We’ll start by listening — to you, your team, and sometimes your customers too — and working out what needs to be said, and how to say it visually. That could mean refreshing your current brand, starting from scratch, or building out a full identity with everything from tone of voice to icon sets.
We’ll then help apply that identity across your core materials — websites, slide decks, social graphics, reports, packaging — so it feels joined-up and intentional, not just a logo and a hunch.

Branding & Identity Systems — What's the difference?
Good question. Branding is a deep dive into an organisations 'Why'. Defining that is possibly the most important thing an organisation can do. To understand the 'Why', we ask questions which dig well below the surface. After all, the 'Why' is your unique reason for existing in the world and what makes your organisation, the organisation your customers should choose. There is a lot of research and discovery involved here, but the end result is worth it, culminating in a culture, voice, value system and a cohesive visual presence, which your customers and employees (if you have them) can buy into. A full branding project will take stock of your thoughts and ideas. Additionally, your branding will go through pre-release market testing to make sure we hit the mark for you.
Identity systems are a little different. Related to branding but without the deep dive. You might not be ready to understand your brand yet, but you do need to present your business in the best possible way, you also need some thinking behind it, but only the minimum. Later the branding can be fully realised, just not yet. Great! We love working with people just starting out. An identity system will only take you so far, but that's okay for now. We'll listen to you and base your identity system around your ideas.
