I have a passion for communications solutions that go to the heart of clients’ pain points. I’ve worked with start-ups, SMEs, charities, not-for-profits and large organisations, including local and national government. And I’ve frequently found myself helping them to launch something so new that their audiences don’t know they need it yet.

PR helps prepare the way for sales. I worked with the group that designed a now-ubiquitous online consultation tool to convince GPs to trial it. I’ve delivered comms and marketing for two multi-million-pound transport schemes. I helped a client launch their revolutionary prosthetic solution for women who had lost all hope after breast surgery left them with severe damage to their chest wall.

PR is also about reputation. I delivered crisis media training for a charity that faced potential backlash when they launched a hard-hitting awareness-raising video. I persuaded a nurses’ organisation that now is a good time to enter the discussion about maternity services in England and Wales. PR is about education, too. I launched and managed the first regional Covid-19 dashboard, securing hundreds of media interviews that helped people understand complex public health messages.
