With over 25 years of experience in sales, digital marketing, Customer Experience (CX), and UX strategy, I’ve developed a deep understanding of customer behaviour and how brands should engage with them. My career spans industries such as entertainment, FMCG, non-profit, public sector, design, and print, where I’ve worked with iconic brands like Cadbury, BBC, Sony, Virgin, M&S, and WHSmith.

CX has been a cornerstone of my work, shaping my understanding of how people interact with brands across every touchpoint. This insight informs my UX approach, where I focus not just on usability but on the whole customer journey—identifying friction points, emotional triggers, and opportunities for meaningful engagement. This blend of empathy and strategy allows me to craft digital experiences that truly connect with users.

Today, all of this experience converges in my work as a UX analyst and strategist. I dig deep into how users think, what drives their actions, and how to design experiences that feel intuitive and human. My work is always rooted in understanding, not guesswork.
