We'll look at your website in cross-section, taking five major pages, including the homepage, and assess them against Peter Morville’s User Experience Honeycomb framework. We find that five is a good number covering most website elements, functions and flows.
One deeper review of a business critical user journey
For example: homepage to enquiry, service selection to contact, or a key conversion path you choose. Understanding how your website visitors interact with it helps to identify friction points which get in the way of your goals.
Prioritised recommendations
We'll make clear recommendations for you to take forward with us, or if you prefer, with your own in-house developers. Our recommendations will also include an indication of impact and effort required, using a 1 to 5 scoring system.
