Crowd Convert

A brand built to help visitor attractions rehumanise digital commerce.

Branding to rehumanise commerce for visitor attractions

Crowd Convert helps visitor attractions create world-class digital interactions that feel as compelling as the experience on site. They needed a brand identity that could carry a clear point of view, feel human, and still work for both large operators and smaller local venues. We took Crowd Convert through our full brand process, working closely with the founders and rolling assets out in a just-in-time way so they could go to market quickly without sacrificing thoughtful brand development.

Our brief

Crowd Converts mission is to empower attractions with the tools and expertise to create world-class digital interactions that extend their physical experiences into the digital realm.

They came to us with a strong idea at the heart of the business: Rehumanising Commerce. Bringing genuine human connection back into the digital interactions between businesses and customers.

Our challenge was to develop a brand identity that reflected this ethos and could flex across a broad market. It needed to feel credible for large-scale operators, while still being approachable and relevant for smaller local venues. In short, a brand that could feel premium and human at the same time.

Our approach

We started with collaborative workshops with Crowd Converts founders, Paul Marden and Andy Povey. These sessions helped us get clear on the story they wanted to tell, the tone they wanted to strike, and the practical realities of launching into a busy sector.

From there, we shaped the brand around two principles.

First, clarity. The mission needed to land quickly, even for people who were scanning. The brand had to make it obvious what Crowd Convert stands for and why it is different.

Second, momentum. Crowd Convert needed to enter the market quickly, so we adopted an agile, just-in-time rollout. We delivered brand assets when they were needed, in the order they would create the most impact. That approach kept the work grounded in real use, and it gave the brand room to evolve as the product and market matured.

  • Founder workshops to define mission, positioning, and brand direction
  • Brand identity development aligned to Rehumanising Commerce
  • Exploration and selection of colour, typography, and imagery concepts
  • A just-in-time rollout plan to support a fast, practical go-to-market
  • Core brand assets and guidelines to keep execution consistent
  • Website and marketing materials designed to establish early credibility

Our impact

The collaborative and agile branding process equipped Crowd Convert with a cohesive, authentic brand identity that reflects their mission.

The strategic rollout of the website and marketing materials positioned them effectively within the visitor attractions sector. It gave them a foundation for a successful market entry, and a platform for ongoing evolution and growth as they continue to bridge the gap between digital transactions and human connections.
