Information architecture

Websites tend to collect a menu item for every department. Information architecture reorganises your content around what people come to do, so they can find it without first learning how you're structured.

Fewer sections, clearer routes

At the Cancer Research UK Cambridge Institute, a content audit of every page gave us the evidence to bring eleven top-level sections down to five. For LDN London, the menu went from ten links to six, with services grouped by need.

We audit what you have, find out how your audience expects it to be grouped, and design the navigation, labels and page hierarchy around those expectations.

Content audit first

Every page is assessed for purpose and value, so you can cut and merge with confidence.

Labels people recognise

Menu items use your audience's words instead of your internal names.

01

Align on goals and success metrics

We get clear on what the website needs to achieve, who it needs to persuade, and what “good” looks like for your organisation.

02

Understand your audience and content

We review what you have, what you need, and what your audience is trying to do. Then we shape a plan for content and structure that supports their journey.

03

Design the experience and interface

We design key pages and patterns with UX and UI working together, so the site feels intuitive, consistent, and on-brand.

04

Build and refine

We produce the site with care, test across devices, and refine the details that affect clarity, accessibility, and conversion. We might use Webflow for less complex projects or bring in our partner to build the enterprise-level solution you need. We'll guide you to the right decision.

05

Launch with confidence

We help you go live with a site your team understands and can stand behind, with a foundation that is ready to evolve.

Untangle your site structure

If your menu has grown faster than your audience can follow, start here.

Our 'why' & promise to you

If people can’t find something on your website, it might as well not be there. Structure decides whether your content gets used.

This work exists to help you show up online with clarity and confidence, with a website or product that supports your goals and respects your audience’s time.

You’ll get clarity before we touch the visuals

You will not be sold a design style first. We will earn the design through goals, audience needs, and message structure.

You’ll have an experience built around real journeys

You will get a site or product that guides people through the decisions they are trying to make, not a collection of screens that looks nice but feels confusing.

You’ll get craft in the details

You will get work that feels considered in the small things, from hierarchy and spacing to accessibility and mobile behaviour.

You’ll launch with confidence, not crossed fingers

You will know what is live, why it is live, and how it supports the next phase of growth.

"Just keep doing what you're doing, We love what you're doing"

Luke Langlands - Joint Chief Executive, TSC.
